Scope of services
We provide cost estimating, quantity takeoff and design services based on the documents you supply. Deliverables are defined in the accepted quote.
Quotes and payment
Fees are fixed at quotation. Invoices are payable on delivery unless a deposit has been agreed in advance.
Accuracy and reliance
Estimates are professional opinions of probable cost based on the information available. They are not a guarantee of final contract value.
Revisions
Each package includes a revision window for corrections within the original scope. Scope changes are quoted separately.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the deliverables prepared for your project become yours to use. Our templates and internal databases remain ours.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project information confidential. NDAs are executed on request.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for the affected deliverable.
